a very clean, pleasant home. perfect location and home for a family vacation with a large group. everything is tip top in order. Robert is a very friendly and polite host. We immediately got a warm and homely feeling upon arrival. Definitely recommended!

We had such a great time at Marion and Felix's place. They gave us amazingly great recommendations, and we couldn't even get to them all . If you come here do go to Kondiitorei Grellinger has incredible cakes and ice cream, Hacklpizza has surprisingly GREAT pizza, and Lehamn's Kulturcafe is super-relaxed and the food simple and fresh. You are minutes away from a public swimming spot,and swimming in the Traunstein in July was plenty warn - I thought warmer than the Alte Donau just a few days earlier, and so clean. We didn't miss having a TV at all, it;s such a relaxing place to be - and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the train station where you can get to places like Bad Ischl, and Ebensee if you exhaust the walks in Gmunden. There are great walks at Feuerkogel (Ebensee) and Katrin (Bad Ischl). I hope to come back to Gmunden, and if we do we will certainly stay here or at their loft room. This was the cleanest place that we have ever stayed at on a vacation. The house is also quite new, has ample washrooms and is situated in a quite neighborhood. The views are great, and the air is clean. This was a great home base for our daily excursions.

Very nice location and view

We were a group of 6 adults and one child and had a wonderful time in this house. The house was spotlessly clean, cozy and perfectly equipped – there was nothing missing. Amicie was very friendly and always quick to respond. We would come back any time and can highly recommend this house!

A genuine normal house, not one of those of apartment-like products that you find these days. The host is a real person, nice and helpful. Plus a fantastic location if you're looking for the "green Vienna" experience. Probably my best airbnb stay ever.

We had a wonderful time at Wörthersee and Martina‘s house was a fantastic base for us and a home from home. The kids enjoyed the table tennis and table football and granddad the shade under the trees in the garden. The views are stunning and the walk to the beach through the woods was special.

Beautiful house - perfect furnishings - path to the port of Bregenz on foot just 10 minutes, back uphill due to the location, but goes quite well

Really nice villa with a superb view over Bludenz. Support from the owner and their service company was outstanding. We had, or at least we thought we had, issues with the heating and the dishwasher, both were fixed on the same day. Nice and friendly team.

Great spot for our family ski trip. We really enjoyed spending time together in the open floor plan living area and it was plenty of space for our 7 adults and 1 toddler. The home is well taken care of and thoughtfully designed and outfitted. Tania and Andreas helped us organize a cot and highchair for our son, which we really appreciated! Some body soap and shampoo/conditioner would have been helpful in the bathrooms but other than this very small critique we had a lovely stay and are already discussing the idea of coming back for mountain biking and hiking in some future summer! I was worried this location would be too far from the slopes, but walking into town each day was enjoyable and it was easy to catch the bus! (You can rent a locker for gear at the base of the slopes so there’s no need to lug anything back and forth). We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this spot!

We had a wonderful weekend at this fantastic house! It's definitely one of the best-equipped places we've ever had. There was really nothing missing: a fully automatic coffee machine with freshly stocked beans, more than enough towels, cozy bathrobes, a great selection of games, plenty of dishes, lots of spices and plenty of accessories that you would rarely find otherwise – even an ice cube machine was available! In addition, there is the beautiful garden, the cozy sauna and the spacious rooms, which make the stay just perfect. You can tell how much love and care there is in this house. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for this great experience!

Andreas was an exceptional host during our stay in Bad Kleinkirchheim! We rented 3 apartments in his villa, and everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout all apartments. Andreas truly went above and beyond by surprising us with fully stocked fridges, fresh bread, pasta, and other essentials upon our arrival - such a thoughtful touch that made us feel instantly welcome. The sauna worked perfectly and was a highlight of our stay, especially after long days of activities. Our group included 4 little kids who absolutely loved the place and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were perfect for our family gathering. Andreas's hospitality and attention to detail made our experience truly memorable. We would highly recommend his villa to anyone visiting Bad Kleinkirchheim, and we definitely plan to return in the future!

Very nicely located house on the outskirts of Neusiedl. House is fenced and perfect for dogs. Very nice pool and spacious garden

We had a super nice time, in a fantastically beautiful house. The sauna is sufficient for 3 people, which was enough for us. Communication with the host was friendly, nice and above all quick. Parking went smoothly right in front of the entrance. And the Spar (supermarket) is 3 minutes on foot.

Our stay at Roman’s. Was great. 😊 it’s a big home with plenty of room. The pool was fun and the place was nice and clean!! Roman was a great host and responded to questions very quickly!!

It is a very tastefully furnished house with a very well equipped kitchen and beautiful bedrooms. The location is a little remote, but you have a fantastic view over Vienna. The bus can also be reached in 5 minutes. We celebrated our family Christmas at Daniela's house and she provided us with her Christmas decorations. It was a fantastic stay that we very much enjoyed. The house offers plenty of space and coziness for a relaxed family gathering.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The property was absolutely stunning and was so well equipped that there was absolutely nothing you could think of that was missing. Beautifully decorated, in pristine condition in stunning surroundings. The amazing wellness facilities were perfect for relaxation after our hikes through the stunning vineyards in close proximity to the property. I really can not recommend this property enough. Our host Ute, was extremely professional, very proactive and communicative and provided valuable tips for restaurants, vineyards and places of interest. I will definitely come back soon.
