Holiday rentals with beach access in Austria

I have spent the last three months in this apartment and can only report positive things. The apartment is excellently equipped and offers everything you need to feel good. I was particularly impressed by the great view and the excellent location. The landlords are also extremely friendly, accommodating and available at all times, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I felt completely comfortable here and I didn't miss anything. That's why I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. Thank you for this great place to stay!

My wife and I stayed here for a week and we would definitely come back again! Everything was as described, public transport was a breeze, and the location was perfect. Really nice unit in a superb location…….. I wish I’d had more time to take advantage of the location, especially for swimming and boating. Recommended.

The apartment is within walking distance of the lake (about 5-10 min). Shopping in the neighborhood, train station also 3-4 min away. Alexandra and Manfred were friendly to the masses, something you rarely experience. Manfred provided his private carport upon our departure, so that we could leave the vehicle for the entire day free of charge after checkout. Alexandra and Manfred live in the immediate vicinity and were always very easy to reach for questions and tips. The air conditioning works perfectly. The only drawback of the apartment is the street. Nevertheless, we would come back any time. The layout of the apartment is optimally furnished, which is why it is also suitable for two adults and a baby. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

The apartment is very lovely, very clean and supermarkets are easily accessible by foot. Everything is walkable but there is also the option to take common transportation. Everything matched the description - the place is ideal for a few days by the lake and/or to do hiking. Christina was very nice and her explanations were crystal clear so both the check-in and the check-out were very easy!

The apartment is very well equipped and well maintained. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend the stay. The only important thing to know is that the bedroom is on the street side and there is therefore some traffic noise. Christoph was always super accessible and had many helpful tips and was very friendly and attentive. Thank you!

We were very happy with the choice. A great appartment close to a small shop with access to numerous walking/running trails. Zell am See only a short drive away, has numerous quality restaurants. Access to lake for swimming and boat hire within a short walk.

Katharina’s place was incredible! The views were amazing and Katharina was super friendly. If you are looking for a peaceful, well kept place to stay, then this is it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and wish we could have stayed longer!

The accommodation was cozy and spacious. We found everything we needed, and nothing was missing. Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome, and communication with the Marietta and Ed was smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Perfect gem in Vienna! Stayed at Sandeep’s flat for a little over a week for work and it was a perfect , quiet, homey apartment. Great neighbourhood and lovely surroundings (coppa beach just around the area for some relaxation). Would definitely stay again!

The accommodation was the most beautiful of all in Lauterach. Both the apartment and the terrace were designed with a lot of love and very tastefully. The lemon tree, olive tree and fig tree are simply a dream. The tranquility of the surroundings and the bedroom, with a bed that feels like you're sleeping on clouds, provide a restful sleep. The whole apartment is very, very clean. This is also one of the reasons why you feel so comfortable with Doris. Doris herself is a very friendly, dear landlady. How could it be otherwise? We had a wonderful stay in Gmunden. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Martina & Alex were kind, responsive, and paid great attention to detail. Truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Great listing, my boyfriend and I were here for a couple of days and it was exactly what we needed. It was walkable to the city center and was quiet from all the noise, making it easy for us to rest. I would definitely stay here again!

Very lovely apartment, close to the river. The nearby metro made it easy to get into the city centre. The apartment had everything necessary close by (shop, ice cream place, bakery, pharmacy ect). Ideal location if you want to be close to the Danube!

We enjoyed it very much, we stayed here for 13 days and Gerlinde welcomed us very warmly and so it continued. A very clean and with great views. We enjoyed it very much and highly recommend it to anyone. All the best! Kerstin

Nice place near the lake with beautiful view to the mountains. Clean apartment feels like home. The house is with amazing design look like The owner was careful and thought of every items in the apartment. The kitchen is beautifully designed and equipped with all the accessories, just perfect. A wide bathroom and includes a washing machine and dryer. The living room is beautifully decorated. We received the apartment very clean. Sultana the owner was available to check that we lacked nothing. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!!
