Holiday rentals with a sauna in Lower Austria

Such a cozy place with a beautiful interior, a nice Sauna and charming surroundings! The hosts are super friendly and always helpful 😊 The old bathtub in the little creek, cooling you down in nature right after a hot sauna is a nice plus 😊

The house is very easy to reach by car, I advise against arriving by bus and train (I have not seen a single public transport). Ideal as a retreat to escape the big city. Boris was always friendly and accommodating, communication went as desired. Always worth a visit!!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It was quiet and very peaceful with a beautiful view that made for a super relaxing atmosphere! The owners were very nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to help us find great hiking routes in the area. The apartment has a private entrance and was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. We loved the quiet starry nights and the beautiful peaceful mornings. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend it!

We stayed here on New Year’s Eve, and despite the busy time, the communication with the host was excellent. The apartment is cozy and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. A standout feature is the smart devices, which add a special touch to the overall experience. Highly recommended!

It was a good Airbnb for one night, the theme in it was pretty cool. The owners did accuse us of making damage to a speaker but then took back the statement, so overall was a mediocre apartment. Also the WiFi connection is terrible inside.

We had a wonderful stay in Mariazell! Already upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who were very friendly and helpful. The place was spotlessly clean, quiet and perfectly located – right next to the gondola so we could quickly hit the slopes in the morning. It was particularly pleasant that it was very quiet overall and little going on, which was perfect for unwinding. Mariazell itself is a charming village with a nice atmosphere – definitely worth a visit! We can absolutely recommend this accommodation and would be happy to come back.

Fantastic place to stay in Vienna. The apartment is stylish and has everything you could need. Some lovely cafes and places to eat on your doorstep. We went for breakfast & coffee a few times at Cafe Menta just around the corner and would definitely recommend. We also had dinner one evening at Wild (2 min walk), the beef goulash & dumplings was delicious. Tram stop just round the corner for getting into central Vienna. Metro underground station also a 10 min walk from the apartment which we used one day to visit Shonbrunn Palace. Would highly recommend Susanna’s apartment, my friend and I had a thoroughly enjoyable trip! p.s check out Cafe Sluka, a traditional Viennese coffee house and patisserie in central Vienna. A hidden gem with the most delicious cakes, confectionary and strudels.

Excellent apartment close to transport made travelling around Vienna very easy. Apartment had excellent views and was clean, tidy and spacious.

The apartment was great; modern, stunning views (above the roofs of Vienna) and centrally located right outside the first district. Wilfried was super friendly and very responsive—when the apartment got a little cold we could call him and he instantly increased the temperature. It is definitely worth to rent again next time we’re back.

Benny showed us the apartment and the surroundings with a lot of Viennese charm. We felt immediately welcome. The apartment is sensationally located (close to metro and Danube beach with lots of bars and restaurants). The apartment is spacious, clean, cozy and what we appreciated very much during our stay (outside temperature between 30 and 35 degrees): It has air conditioning. If we are in Vienna again, we will be happy to book this apartment again.

It was a very nice stay. The space is even better in person than in the photos . Lots of great bedrooms, bathrooms, large living room, great garden with barbecue facilities. We celebrated my son's 18th birthday and he was super happy. And the host Michi is very friendly, helpful and responds super quickly. Before checking in, we received a detailed message in which all important points about the accommodation, surroundings, transport, restaurants, parking and emergency 😊 numbers. It was a very nice stay and we had a great time thank you for that. Will definitely be recommended or visited again.

A perfect birthday in a small circle in a fantastic ambiance.

I came to Vienna for world championships in kickboxing and Muay Thai. We were a team of 5 people so we needed a house. This location was great and we had everything by we needed in the house. Yet if you are looking for an easy travel even though the train systems in Vienna are super easy you will need a car to stay at this place. Nothing is close especially if you are looking to even go do quick groceries. Yet everything was exactly as stated, along with a sauna which was awesome. Also host is extremely responsive and helpful :)

We were in the house for 4 nights at the end of February. We had a good time, it was comfortable for 4 people. The house is in a quiet, tranquil neighborhood, and the ski resort is about a 5-minute drive away. Stefan was always quick to respond when we had questions.

We had a great Christmas holiday. Nice communication. We had arrived much earlier. That wasn't a problem. Everything you could think of was present. Nice reception. Host was always available for advice. And check out was also very flexible. In consultation, we were able to decide for ourselves what time we wanted to go. In short, highly recommended.

The stay at Ferienhaus Fuchsbau was great, our family enjoyed it very much! Everything was prepared, the size of the accommodation just right and the location of the accommodation in great accessibility to our planned outings. We would love to come again sometime if it works out!

the place was great, everything was tidy, just a few steps to the ski slope, even if there was snow just on the ski slope, it was a short walk to the hill along the way... the owners had super instructions for operating the equipment in the cottage... the kitchen was incredibly equipped, there was nothing missing
