Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We created this space so that we can share it with you, to spend time in our homely designed rooms and enjoy the peace around nature in the large natural garden. There are 5 separate beds ( 1 double and 3 single) + a large sleeping Sofa in 2.5 seperate rooms. One room is 2 in one with a walk-through. We have a FULL KITCHEN with dining, microwave, fridge, dish washer &dishes etc. There is a grilling space outside if the weather is good.

Die rund 50 m2 großen Studio Familiys befinden sich im voll ausgebauten Dachgeschoß des Jugendstilhauses und blicken auf das denkmalgeschützte, geometrische Metallnietendekor des ehemaligen Handelsgerichtes in der Riemergasse. Alle Studios Family haben einen Vorraum mit einer komplett eingerichteten, modernen Kitchenette, ein komfortables Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett, sowie ein Bad mit WC.

Get comfy in your 160cm-wide, extra-long bed with luxurious oversize bedding, while overlooking the courtyard or the building's mirrored centre. Bed 2 in the dorm room at the Grand Ferdinand

You will be accommodated in the dormitory at the Grand Ferdinand and enjoy the amenities of the house. The access to the Grand Etage with rooftop pool is included, for a breathtaking view over Vienna. The city tax (3.2%) needs to be paid on-site. The delicious buffet breakfast is bookable on-site for € 38.00 per person and day. Please contact the hotel directly if you would like to book more than one bed.

The studio is also air-conditioned and has its own entrance, as well as a flat screen satellite TV. Wine/champagne is also ready for you. The residential unit is equipped with a double bed. A desk is also available.

Casa-Herzogenburg

Centrally located and surrounded by greenery. Garden with swimming pool and trampoline as well as the sauna area can be used by arrangement. The warm hostess Lisi lives on the second floor and shares a staircase with the residential unit for rent. The property is lovingly furnished with natural wood furniture. By arrangement, it is possible to use the garage parking space in the courtyard.
