It is situated between Augarten and Prater in an area which has existed since 1671. The up-and-coming Taborstrasse district is not even 10 minute’s walk from the Old Town center. The flat is very convenient for traveling friends, couples & for familly with kids. His 18th century wall keep very fresh the appartment during summer. No need air conditionning !

The townhouse is easy to reach via public transport (or taxi) from Airport, Bus- and Trainstation. The double doors open here to the sun terrace with a small natural garden. On the upper floor there are the two bedrooms and the large bathroom. One of the rooms also has a charming gallery as a retreat.

The house is characterized by a fantastic quiet location with a view of Lake Neusiedl and offers an incomparable atmosphere in connection with the beautiful surroundings of the UNESCO "Cultural Landscape Lake Neusiedl". The house has 2 bedrooms and a 60 sqm terrace with a fantastic view over the vineyards. There is a 600 sqm private plot with a small private vineyard available. The house is partly air conditioned and modernly furnished.
