Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

The apartment is ideal for short or long stays, it is quietly located in the rear area of the courtyard of the Gründerzeithaus in the Westbahnstrasse. Exceptional living for 1 - 4 people. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, by bus you can reach the Therme Wien Oberlaa in 10 minutes. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so are always available.
