Design hideaway with mountain panorama and sauna

An architecturally clean, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest and mountains – modern, stylish and deliberately minimalist. Here, you'll be surrounded by nature, enjoying maximum privacy and mountain views. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with a sweeping view over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. Deer live in the meadows, and there are chickens, bees, cats and a fish pond.

Bruck Residence is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Bruck an der Leitha, 30 minutes away from Vienna. The Pandorf Outlet Center - to reach in just 10 minutes- a shopping paradise and great restaurants. Carnuntum Wine Region-5 minutes away by car. Have a walk through the wine yard, a lot of bike paths are waiting for you, Heuriger (local wine taverns with tasty traditional food) or buy wine from local wine producers. Other attractions-Lake Neusiedl, Family Park (both 30 min. away by car).

Silence, vision and closeness to nature. One floor just for you. With a studio, kitchen, shower and toilet. Total of around 70 m². Direct access to a 150 m² large shady garden. Water directly from a forest spring. The sun-drenched wooden house was built in 2018, borders directly on a forest and is located along the Austrian Jakobsweg. We are particularly happy about people who have access to spirituality. Meditation pillows and yoga mats are available for practice.

Vienna and the Wachau are easily accessible for day trips – ideal for nature lovers and peace seekers with a desire for culture and city flair. Train station is easily accessible on foot.

A lot of space, for people who need it a little more spacious...it was the "Obere Mühle" of Oberndorf. 1st floor - large space with 90m2 for diverse and creative use with table tennis. 2nd floor - living space with kitchen, dining table, couch corner, bathroom 3rd floor - room for rest On request, also day bookings, retreats, etc.

In winter, the nearby ski resorts of Mönichkirchen, St. Corona, Semmering, Stuhleck are suitable for skiing or snowboarding.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
