Very quiet location in the countryside, very cozy large apartment with very large facilities, on 2 floors, interesting mix of old interior with modern facilities. We went hiking directly from the house, you could take many tours from here!

We had a great stay in Vienna in this very nice house. The living room is spacious and welcoming, the sunny terrace with no neighbours opposite is perfect for relaxing, and the immediate proximity of the woods allows for magnificent walks – ideal when travelling with a dog! The house was very clean, well-equipped, and parking is easy. The bedding is comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was very responsive, always available by message, and attentive to the smooth running of our stay. Bonus: we found delicious organic honey right next door, and the Otto Wagner villa with its beautiful stained glass windows is only 5 minutes' drive away. It takes about 40 minutes to get to the centre of Vienna. A place we would definitely recommend!

We immediately felt comfortable in Johannes' very nice and cozy house. The area is very pretty, very suitable for hiking and within 20 minutes you can reach many interesting places by car. Johannes is an extremely nice and communicative host, who you can always reach quickly. We hope that we will come back soon, we would love to stay in Johannes' cozy house.

Monika was an amazing host! She picked me up from the train station when I got in late, and then offered a beer for my welcome! she is very responsive and accommodating. Very peaceful location 😌

We felt very comfortable. Even though it was still a bit cold to use the pool, the pool area was super nice and inviting. The fenced garden was a dream for our dogs and also contributed to the relaxation of the 2-legged ones. We will be happy to come back.

Perfectly equipped apartment with terrace located directly on the forest, a dream for hiking with the dog and in just half an hour you are in Vienna. Manfred and Andrea are very friendly hosts with their heart in the right place. The next stay is already in planning.

Super nicely located house. Surrounded by greenery, in the midst of a village idyll. Daily morning birdsong, incredible view of the Stift Göttweig. The house is beautifully spacious everywhere with 2 bathrooms.

We spent a week in the beautiful villa at the beginning of June 2025. The accommodation is really very large, very high quality and individually/artistically furnished. There are numerous ways to relax in the garden, by the pool, on the terrace, on the balcony or in the conservatory. Everything is also available in the kitchen. The landscape is an absolute dream, right on the doorstep there is beautiful nature (meadows, forests, mountains). You can hike and ride MTB excellently (very many trails -> absolute highlight :-)). There are also many "normal" bike paths where you can relax and ride to Mödling (10 min) or Vienna (about 60 min). You can easily get to Vienna city centre in about 30 minutes by car. Also super easy by train from Mödling. There are two supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Communication with the landlords was impeccable, they are very friendly and helpful. E-charging station for cars only 100m away.

Georg is a friendly and thoughtful person. For questions from our side, Georg always tried to think along. If we also cooked there, we were allowed to use his extensive herb garden. On warm days of rest, we sat under the umbrella by the swimming pool.

We loved Waltraud’s place. Such a warm and inviting place. We received a warm welcome and helpful information. The apartment was super clean and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed her beautiful garden and the lovely woods within walking distance where we were able to take our puppy walking. Absolute perfect stay, and wonderful hosts. Five stars, highly recommend.

I had a great holiday with my dog Polly. The apartment is very well equipped, I have never had such a good kitchen in an Airbnb. Everything you need for cooking was there. The neighbours were super nice and helpful. The dogs could also run together in the large garden, as everything is completely fenced. The surroundings are beautiful and you can do many great hikes or go swimming at Lake Leopoldstein. I can definitely recommend the accommodation and may come back again.

We felt so comfortable and let the soul really unwind! The cabin is very cozy and lovingly furnished. The terrace overlooking the horses is fantastic. Andreas is super nice and helpful! We will be happy to come back!

Breathtaking place with 100% privacy and absolutely mesmerising surroundings. The scenery is even better than the pictures. Dino was so helpful and responsive regarding any question or inquiry. The house is fully equipped from the inside it even has all the cooking essentials. If you choose this place, which you should, don’t miss on an amazing cooking experience. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer: we loved it! Beautifull nature, lovely house, Nice beds, great vieuw! We hope to come back for a longer time. We hiked in the evening, our daughter loved to draw, we enjoyed the cosyness ❤️🌟 And a Nice kitchen with everything you need to cook. A wonderfull place!

Andreas' log cabin is a beautiful accommodation and offers plenty of space for a family of four. Although we were only in Brettl for three nights, thanks to the great location, this short stay felt like a longer holiday. On the terrace, you can sit very comfortably, two large trees provide pleasant shade, and all around you are surrounded by beautiful nature. For children, the large meadow is ideal for romping around, and you can even visit the neighbouring cows. There is much to discover in the surrounding area and numerous excursion options – for example, the Ötscher, Lake Lunz, a stalactite cave and several beautiful swimming spots. The host Andreas reacts very quickly and very nicely to the messages. I'm sure we'll be back!

It was really a wonderful weekend, which we were allowed to spend at the Esparanza farm. The caravan was well equipped, the location is beautifully quiet and the people at the yard are super nice! The animals are of course a highlight, we booked a donkey hike directly. The hike was only 1.5 hours instead of 3 hours, but still overall a great experience with very nice people and animals. :-) I'm sure we'll be back!

Perfect place to relax for a few days in nature. There were two of us with a dog and we enjoyed the cottage to the fullest. You really don't see or hear anyone - except the chickens walking around the garden:-) The place was just as described and communication with Kim was always super quick, accommodating and friendly.
