Welcome to my lovingly designed and officially registered apartment. You can relax and work in the midst of chic and cozy designs. It is the perfect place for families, business and couples to discover beautiful Vienna. The apartment offers light-flooded living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a small outdoor patio, an infrared sauna, high speed wifi, Smart TV and a workplace are a matter of course. The city center, shopping streets, transport and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Nature's magnificent idyll in a quiet location

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

The Blackriver Loft Vienna blends urban design with cozy comfort – ideal for anyone who wants to experience Vienna in style. Located between the city center and Schönbrunn Palace, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city while offering a peaceful retreat to unwind in the evening. Brass, steel, wood and plants give the light-flooded loft its unique character. Most of the interior was handcrafted in our own Vienna-based manufactory :)

Our STERNENZAUBER chalet with all its special features extends over a 100 m² terrace. Ideally suitable for 2 people (max. 2 additional children).

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and charming space. It is always something special to cook, barbecue, celebrate or laugh together at the big table or on the terrace with the big family, with another friendly family, or with your own friends. A beautiful house made of pure wood close to the Semmering and Stuhleck ski resorts, close to the Schneeberg and Rax hiking areas. Bicycles are available free of charge.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Unique Treehouse + whirlpool tub + Infrared cabin

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! Relax in this special and quiet place with a cottage character. Unique sauna with views of the mountains. The Kernalm is located in one of the most forested areas in Upper Austria at 1000 m above sea level. Here you can also enjoy the feel-good climate in summer. Top location just 1 km to the nearest town with supermarket, village shop and inn.

Haven for loose thoughts

The cozy loft-like apartment is a separate housing unit in an old farmhouse. Equipped with kitchen, bathroom, double bed, sofa bed, dining area and desk, heated with a wood stove. Great for nature lovers, families and people looking for peace and relaxation.

Studio with mountain view

This unique place has a style all its own. The studio impresses with its large glass front which faces south and west. There is a private bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen and a private parking space.
