Bicycles, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, table tennis table and the sauna with bath and outdoor shower are at your disposal. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Für NÖ-Card Besitzer, aber auch ohne Card, liegen wir sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen wie Sonnentor, Arche Noah, uvm. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (zb Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (zB Marienkäfer) möglich.
