The two studio apartments / studios, each with about 30 m2 are located near the center in the emerging second district, overlooking the rooftops of Vienna. The house has a lift which takes you comfortably to the top floor. From there it's only a few steps to your apartment, you have to yourself. It is very bright and sunny in the apartment and you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. equipment: -Living-bedroom -private bathroom with shower and toilet, -small, fully equipped kitchen, -W-Lan To enjoy your vacation, you can shop around the corner, go to the nearby Carmelite market or use the underground (U2) or tram (2) to go to the museum district or Schwedenplatz. By foot it takes about 10 minutes to downtown. Many different local and In-togethers in the area provide fun and give you the opportunity to have breakfast , cheap lunch and delicious viennese/internationol dinner. Recovery can be found in the Augarten or Green Prater - both are within walking distance. To the Vienna Exhibition Hall there are two stops on the U2, therefore ideal for visitors to the fair or exhibitors. The price includes bed linen, towels, table linen as well as electricity and gas. Cleaning fee is € 30.00. Cleaning fee for stays of a month or more € 50,00. A washing machine is available. The studio apartments / studios are also monthly rent. Minimum booking three nights.

You will enjoy your time in this memorable home! It is small but very well divided! A quiet place with small farm shops, unfortunately no shop on site in Harmannsdorf Bäcker,. Two bicycles are also available if required. A shuttle service from Korneuburg is possible on weekends as few buses run! (€10 per trip) For children, a small play table with games and balance bike is available. Other bikes are also available by arrangement, as I have four children and many bikes available!

Has a direct connection with Metro to the airport (20 min), city center (7 min) and Train station ( 10 min) There are 2 spacious terraces with a view over Vienna. A big supermarket, asian market and a drugstore are just few steps away. There is also Pizza Dominos, asian and oriental restaurant around the corner. You can easily reach the city center by Tram ( 10 min to Opera). AC equipped.

We offer residential units with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private parking. The Weißes Haus accommodation offers its guests a large roof terrace, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and microwave as well as a private bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Leave your car in front of the fenced property and enjoy the view from the tree house. It is located in the middle of nature on a small pond. A few steps away is a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and a kitchen with sitting area and fridge. You share the shower with the guests of the shepherd's wagon.(Total 2 people). A little off to the side there is an aviary with gray parrots.

Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Spar)
