Newly renovated guest house of approx. 50 sqm, a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private south-facing patio. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is accessed via a staircase, there are two single beds (90 cm x 2). Crib is available to borrow. The bike path takes you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bicycles to borrow.

Newly renovated small cozy street house on Stallgatan 12B dating back to the 18th century in a quiet location, only a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. The ground floor offers a living room and kitchen. On the second floor is a bathroom and double bedroom. On the lower floor, there is sleeping accommodation for an additional 2 people on the sofa (2 x 60x190). Ystad train station is 200 meters away and to the beach you walk in about 10 minutes.

The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance.
