Two beds where you are located on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Cabin secluded on a large plot of land on a beautiful 19th century farm. Small, but everything needed is there. Also Wi-Fi and Chromecast. Only a sofa bed, 150 cm wide. Private entrance and parking. Quiet and comfortable. Close to Kivik ,the sea ,and the national park. I also live in the yard. My family is coming in the summer, so then there will be a bit of life. But nothing that is usually heard. There are also 2 apartments in the large house. See my profile. Newly built (autumn 2023) bright and airy eco-house of 30 sqm in the middle of Ravlunda. Living room with high ceilings. Bedroom with two beds. Loft with two beds. Bathroom with shower. Around the house it's gated with fences. There is room for both play and breaks in the sun. New for 2025 is that we built an entrance roof. We provide bed linen, bathroom towels and a smaller basic assortment in the pantry. You can also get freshly baked bread during the local sourdough bakery's open days.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

A cozy cottage of 56 sqm with sea view towards Stenshuvud. The beds are on the upper floor. Additional cleaning fee... The rental should be weekly between June 19-August 1. The rest of the year, you can rent by the day, weekend and week. The cottage is superbly modernly equipped. Around the house, there is its own terrace with garden furniture
