Fantastic location overlooking Skälderviken and Kullen in sunset. We arrived a little too late in the year to take advantage of the large wooden terrace with outdoor kitchen - but for parties in the summer it looked perfect. Well-equipped kitchen. Walking distance to Sinarpsdalen hiking trails, and to well-equipped shop in Grevie. We did not use the downstairs - except to see TV one evening . There was a crumb of moisture smell. Pernilla and Jan have been helpful and responded quickly, with great tips. Recommended!

Wonderful long weekend at fine Rosenhult! Very fresh well equipped Sally cottage where there really is the little extra! It's so luxurious to come to ready-made beds, lovely bath and towels, well-equipped kitchen where empty coffee and the most common spices are. A big plus because the wood was included in the price and that the nice jacuzzi bath was so available on the terrace.

Beautiful studio near the city in quiet surroundings. Easily accessible by public transport. You feel very comfortable from the beginning. Thanks Sofia for a great stay.

my son levi and I stayed from Feb 22 to March 1!! and I can't say otherwise it was beyond amazing and then it was even cloudy all the tranquility that is there,the beautiful surroundings,the view over the archipelago,all those cozy cottages around it and then enjoy in the jaccuzi,just great!! and Marcus also told us in a very quiet way what we could do there, if she wants to see something nice, then you have to go to the nature reservoir!!we saw deer and deer there and the nature there was breathtakingly beautiful,so I recommend this stay to anyone who wants to experience something beautiful and with this I want to thank Marcus again,also because we didn't have wifi for a while,he went right after it and was so arranged,top just

We had a very cozy autumn weekend at the house. Lovely with the cozy cottage and being able to burn in the wood stove. The house really meets expectations and is in good condition. The closeness to the lake and the opportunity to fish we really appreciated.

Fantastic property and host! The cottage is very cozy and has plenty of places to socialize both in the patio and out in the sauna/hot tub. The kitchen is well-functioning and has the equipment that you need. If you want to barbecue, there is a really nice fireplace. The toilet is nice and nothing to complain about. The bedrooms were big enough and there were comfortable beds. The best part was the sauna and hot tub. However, one tip is to fix the water and heating of the hot tub as it takes time if you have not done it before. Pelle is a very good host as he is helpful, has written good descriptions of how things work and he responds quickly if you have any questions. I can highly recommend this place and we will go back in the future!

What an incredible view, the costal scenery is amazing. A very comfortable house, well equipped and very modern. Ann-Catrin is a very attentive host, we had a wonderful stay and would return.

All in all, a great stay was highly recommended:)
