Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. After one of all possible adventures in the nature reserve, a paddle, fishing or ice skating trip on the lake, or a turn into the city, you can come home to this cozy little house and enjoy the lake view and tranquility.
