In the middle of nature but only 20 minutes from Gothenburg, you will find this idyllic place. Here you can stay comfortably in a newly built guest house with fireplace, wood-fired sauna and hot tub. Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Welcome to a unique accommodation in a peaceful environment with lake views just outside Växjö. Stay on the raft a stone's throw out in the shallow Tävelsåssjön. Nice both summer and winter. Enjoy the sunset over the lake. Open the doors to the water as soon as you wake up. Why not both an evening and morning swim after the sauna? Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Därtill wifi och tv med Netflix etc. Utomhus finns ett trädäck med grill, bord samt stolar och utomhuseldstad. Har ni barn i sällskapet finns ytor att springa runt på, gunga samt åka rutschkana.

"Elisabet's apartment" 40 m to the lake with own boat

Silence, peace and quiet! We want to share our paradise. Access to a boat and barbecue area and endless gravel roads. A private apartment that is in our workshop area just outside our residential building. Hiking and cycling in magical nature. Jälluntoftaleden is 12 km long and is close. Perch and pike in the lake. Fiber network on rainy days! You have access to a boat and firewood. No fishing license required.
