This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Mysig timmerstuga vid sjön Sommen. Utmärkt för er som vill komma ut till det stillsamma och varva ner från vardagsstressen. Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Lovely plot with a fantastic view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right at your doorstep. During the summer months, there is a jetty with a swimming ladder down into the water and a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
