Cozy, rustic houseboat with 2 rooms and a kitchen in trendy Ringön, which is located just one stop from Scandinavia's largest shopping center, Nordstan. The boat is under construction during the fall of 2025, some painting and refurbishment will take place, OVERLOOKING THIS IS APPRECIATED. In addition, there is AppleTV as well as some TV games for rainy days. Patio with barbecue grill. Warning about parties in the area. Since it's a family boat, we take turns handling the rental a bit. Please remember to book the correct number of guests who will be coming. Please also read "other info"
