This studio is available for your sole, private use in the extension of our house, which was previously used as a practice. In addition to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe, there is a small bathroom with a toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room, there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa offers space for a third person. Behind a medium-height partition, the double bed is located directly by the large window.

The “Lister Meile” shopping street with supermarkets, drugstores, many small shops and cafes is only about 150m away. It's about a 5-minute walk to the subway station and about a 15-minute walk to the main train station and city center. The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people, with a fully equipped kitchen-living room and bedroom with a 160cm double bed.

The kitchen has the most important utensils and appliances for self-catering. The large built-in wardrobe in the hallway offers enough space for your wardrobe. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Free Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house. There are sleeping places for 5 people. In the bedroom a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), in the living room 2 box beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils. A washer and dryer are available in the basement. Shopping and line 6, which takes you directly to the city center, are a 10-minute walk away.

The light-flooded apartment has been newly renovated, is furnished and is located directly in Nordstadt next to the busy Kopernikusstraße. The living room and bedroom with bluish sea colours has two single beds (90x200), a 58" 4k smart TV with Netflix + Amazon Prime access, a wardrobe and a work table with chair. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The beds can be pushed together to form a double bed.

The loft was created from former commercial premises. It is open plan and contains many details in the industrial style. Old bricks, polished and sealed concrete, wood from an old oak, old machine parts made of cast iron and many other unique things have helped make the loft a special place. The loft is quietly located in a courtyard. It is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible.
