The upper floor of the half-timbered farmhouse at the foot of our mighty peace oak was converted into a spacious, sunny loft in 2014. The view from the balcony captures berry fields, rhododendron hedges and the village atmosphere in the Aller-Leine Valley. The apartment offers a lot of comfort. The bathroom and living area are particularly spacious. Ancient half-timbering was partially preserved and combined with modern elements. On the farmyard, there are more apartments.

Alte Ziegelsteine, geschliffener und versiegelter Beton, Holz aus einer alten Eiche, alte Maschinenteile aus Gusseisen und viele weitere, einzigartige Dinge haben dazu beigetragen, dass das Loft ein besonderer Ort geworden ist. Das Loft ist ruhig in einem Innenhof gelegen. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist leicht erreichbar.

It is a newly renovated studio with lots of light. The studio is equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is lots of storage and there is a very bright lamp on the desk. There is a stereo. The flat is perfect for a weekend stay, fair guests or long-term guests. The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.
