The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.

The first bedroom consists of a 140 cm x 200 cm box spring bed, the second bedroom has a double bed with a size of 160 cm x 200 cm. In the living room there is a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm). Downtown is only 12 minutes away by train.

In this small, cozy 2-room apartment on the 1st floor with a daylight bathroom and shower, everything is available for your stay: The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, washing machine and fridge-freezer. In the bedroom you will find a double bed with a 1.40m wide lying surface. In the living room there is a sofa bed with a lying area of 1.60m x 2.0m and a dining area. WiFi is included with us.

Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
