You live in a 10 sqm large room in our newly built apartment (2016) directly on the Sonninkanal. The Hamburg city / central station / central bus station can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Bus stop 2 min, subway / S-Bahn in 8 min. The bathroom is shared. Kitchen use is unfortunately not possible (kitchen in inhabited room). A bakery with seating and breakfast from about 3 € is only 20 meters away. Very nice breakfast buffet in the 350m distant hotel "Superbude" for 8.95 euros.
“Great place for the layover or a longer stay as a tourist. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay again, it is a good 10+ min walk to HBF, but that didn’t bother me at all. For those with a lot of baggage or in heavy rain, taxi is probably the best choice to and from HBF.”
In the middle of the old town of Hamburg / Börsenviertel is my beautiful 40sqm apartment on the 1st floor of an old building business building, in the evening and at night extremely quiet. Well suited for Hamburg visitors, private or business. Various gastromie and shopping possibilities (Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg, Europapassage) in direct proximity, a stone's throw into the HafenCity, well one kilometer to the Reeperbahn.
“3 reasons why I felt so comfortable here in March 2020: 1. Only 234 steps to the town hall. 2. An apartment that has more than what I need to live. 3. A present, competent, flexible and warm landlord. Thank you, Ole! After COVID-19 I will be happy to come back to you.”

“Very nice, quiet apartment in a great location. Bus and train and everything else can be reached quickly, several supermarkets and drugstores are also around the corner. The district's main attraction is its many small shops, bars and pubs, and colorful facade art. The bakery below the apartment is great, but a few minutes' walk towards the Reeperbahn there is a small traditional pastry shop that is even better! The apartment itself is clean, nicely decorated, has a fully equipped kitchen, a full bookcase for bad weather days and everything else you need. Julian, the host, was always available and had a few useful tips ready. I can highly recommend the apartment!”
