A new built-in kitchen with dishwasher and electrical appliances as well as an attractive bathroom with glass shower/toilet are provided. A numbered outdoor parking space can be used free of charge. The "Hansapark" is almost next door, a small public swimming pool is very close. We provide Wi-Fi, towels and bed linens FREE OF CHARGE.

Der große Balkon (24qm) mit Süd-West-Lage hat ab mittags bis zum Abend Sonne und lädt zum Sonnenbaden oder einem gemütlichen Frühstück oder Abendessen ein. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
