Thanks to the proximity to the highway, you can be in Hamburg, Lüneburg or Lüneburg Heath in just 30 minutes – ideal for city trips or nature excursions. Free parking spaces are available. A wallbox for electric cars is available on request. Guests can use the terrace and lounge furniture.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The bungalow is located in the east of the city, right next to an allotment garden association. The character of the property is accordingly green and natural. In the immediate vicinity is the Öjendorfer Park with lake. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes' walk away. The city center can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

Surrounded by beautiful nature, you can go for a walk or explore the area using the property's own bicycles.

Our house is located on 2 floors. Downstairs, you will find the kitchen and a cozy living room, along with a small guest toilet. Upstairs is the bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Our house is located in a romantic spot in nature, right in the Jenischpark Kinderspielplatz. From our house, you can go on excursions to the Elbe River. There is a bus stop right outside the door, and the Klein-Flottbek S-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk away.
