Eine tolle ehemalige Ladenfläche beim Schanzenviertel. Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Bus und Bahn fast direkt vor der Tür. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe und die City sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Das Erdgeschoss wurde von uns aufwendig restauriert und mit Badezimmer und WC im alten Treppen Kellergang ergänzt. Die Loftfläche nutzen wir häufig als Fotostudio und vermieten Sie gelegentlich an nette Menschen. Sie ist für Familien aber auch für Geschäftsreisende geeignet.
