Bo i rum som del av en ateljé! Njut av ett speciellt boende (men inte för barn under 16 år) i en ateljé som ligger i ett separat hus på det fagra Österlen. Gäster har tillgång till eget sovrum, badrum, matbord och kylskåp. En god frukost och städning ingår! Gården, byggd 1890, ligger vid en liten grusväg i en by cirka tre kilometer från havet och fiskeläget Brantevik. I Brantevik finns restauranger, en liten hamn med bl.a. fiskaffär, underbara klippbad och vackra promenadstråk längs kusten.

Utsikt över trädgård och fält. Begränsad insyn från tomt. Utrustning består av nya vitvaror som kyl med frysfack, ugn, mikrovågsugn och kombinerad tvättmaskin/torktumlare. Allt av ny modell. Fräscht kök och badrum. På sovloftet en trappa upp finner du två sköna sängar. Uppvärmning genom vattenburen golvvärme.

Fyledalen-Nature Reserve and Bird Watcher Paradise

This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

This apartment has a 25 sqm south- and seafacing sundeck and two floors, a fiber internet connection, 1 bedroom and an open space living-room, kitchen and sleep-on-sofa. You can walk, cycle, drive or take the bus to Ystad or Svarte beach along the scenic sea sight road. You can enjoy a stay in calm and peace but still connected to everything.
