Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Tiny flat - in medieval Ystad

Enjoy a memorable stay while staying at this unique place. In the middle of central Ystad, a stone's throw from Stortorget, you will find our little house from the mid-19th century. The apartment is newly renovated and the interior is mostly new - except for some antique details. We have focused on Swedish and Danish design, where the centerpiece is the dreamlike beds. You will find a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, exclusive coffee machine, kettle and tableware for two people. The bathroom is new!

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

The entrance floor offers a living room and kitchen. On the second floor, there is a bathroom and bedroom with double bed. On the lower floor there is sleeping space for 2 more people on the sofa (2 x 60x190). Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.
