Stay in the middle of the action in the amazing Kanalbyen! Nice corner apartment with a sunny balcony overlooking the lake and the canal. Here you are the closest neighbor to Fiskebrygga and the cultural attractions Kunstsilo and Kilden. From the apartment you can stroll down to the jetty and take a refreshing morning swim, eat at the Factory or enjoy something good in the glass at Gvino wine bar. On beautiful Odderøya there are great hiking opportunities, a climbing park and a new park area with playground equipment. Short distance to Bystranda, Aquarama and Kvadraturen.

Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

This newly renovated apartment is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Free parking. Just a few steps from Bystranda, Aquarama water park, shops, cafés and the city centre. Short drive to Dyreparken. The terrace has a comfortable seating area and sun from morning to evening. The apartment has a lift from the car park up to the apartment on the Level 5. Construction work is taking place in the area. Palmesus will be held at Bystranda from 25 to 27 June 2026, with associated set-up and dismantling activities before and after the event.

I’m going to have a great stay at this place. Right next to the Lygna Salmon River. Next to the main road. Snartemo train station nearby. Small private beach by the river. To Nasjonalt Villakssenter-Kvåsfossen: 5 km, 5 minutes by car. Kristiansand Zoo is less than 1 hour and 24 minutes away—perfect for family outings. With only a 20-minute drive to Lyngdal and Sørlandsbadet, you have everything within reach. There are excellent fishing opportunities in the river in the area, provided you have a valid fishing licence.
