This is a cabin with electricity, but without running water. The water is collected in a water post 60 meters from the cabin and carried into the cabin. In the cabin there is an internal pumping system that allows there to be water in the faucet in the bathroom and kitchen, as well as in the shower. There is a lot of children's equipment available at the cabin such as a high chair, crib, sled, sled board and lots of games inside. Everything is there to be used :) Fire pan can be set out. Waffle iron for the fire pan is in the shed. Firewood is included in the rent

Ski slope right by the cabin, ballbinge, great hiking areas, frisbee track and swimming in the ponds. Guests must bring their own bed linen, towels, shampoo and hygiene items. 2 car parking spaces right by the cabin and road all the way to the cabin. 2 bedrooms with double beds and 3 double mattresses (6) on the loft. Cleaning is not included. Orderly people. No smoking/animals. Deposit.

The cabin is centrally located at Løyningsknodden on Bortelid. High standard with sauna, hot tub and large south-facing terrace with good view. The cabin is spacious and has 10 beds in 4 bedrooms plus a TV room with a sofa bed. In addition, there is room on the loft for two/three on a flat bed. A well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. Private laundry room with dryer, washing machine and drying cabinet covers most needs. It is possible to charge an electric car on the property.

To stuer, en nede med Tv (må ta Apple tv e.l) en stor loftstue oppe med TV (altibox), wifi, Bod til oppbevaring av mat samt smøring av ski.. Ca. 4 km til alpint skisenter og matbutikk. Tursti med gapahuk rett nedenfor hytta. Stor terrasse, sol hele dagen. Plass til to biler rett ved inngang. Husk utvask foretas av leier. Ikke sko inne.

Liten, men hyggelig hytte i tun, her kan du/dere fint bli noen dager. Ett soverom med to enkeltsenger, men en person kan også sove i stuen. Godt utstyrt kjøkken for egen matlaging. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert, men dere må vaske ut selv. Vi kommuniserer fint via appen. Hytta er perfekt beliggende for utflukter både oppover og nedover i Setesdal. You can swim right from the waterfront. In winter, ski trails are nearby. Take a little breather on the terrace and watch lots of happy skiers and feel the belonging to the winter mountain.
