Andasmauet 10 is a small house from 1838 in the middle of Stavanger. The ceiling height is low, the floor creaks and the windows are handmade with bars. Yes, that's exactly what a 186-year-old house should be like. Here you get to experience living in one of the houses in what has been designated as Northern Europe's best preserved wooden housing. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Both kitchen and bathroom are completely renovated in 2025. PLEASE NOTE! The stairs are original and steep!

Short distance to Jørpeland city centre (10 min walk, 5 min to drive) with all necessary shops available.
