Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Opposite Smögenbryggan, is this fresh apartment with the best view. One flight of stairs up with two balconies facing different directions. The apartment is newly built and tastefully decorated. Open floor plan with hall, kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and an extra mattress that can be placed next to the single bed, alternatively in the living room. Possibility of a private berth near the accommodation for an extra charge.

Attefallstuga med alla bekvämligheter och höghastighets wifi! I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!

Enjoy the charm of a nice cottage. At the front there is a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a nice window by the sink. 2 steps up you end up in a cozy sofa group with the opportunity to watch TV and make out the sofa into a 140 wide bed. After a full day of sun and swimming on the beach which is about 50 meters away, you go down the stairs to the slightly cooler bedroom with a 160 bed.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
