There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor. Parking and final cleaning are not included. Rent our brand new apartment on cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 meters to the cliffs and 100 meters to the jetty, our 3rd floor apartment has many beds and a large balcony with sea views. From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.

If you want to hike or bike, Sotelden is close by and to Ramsvikslandet Nature Reserve it is 9.2 km. Nordens Ark is 15 minutes by car, as well as Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. Close it is also to Fjällbacka.

Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Welcome to stay in our small cottage on the mountain with a secluded location and views of the west sea. Several swimming areas within a few hundred meters. Walking distance to swimming, gym with indoor pool, cafe, pizzeria, rental of boats and kayaks, electric light tracks, etc. Half an hour walk or a short bike ride to Smögen and Kungshamn. A women's and a men's bike are available to borrow.
