Terrace in a sunny position with small garden (fenced so small doggies can run free.) There is a small charcoal grill. 1 parking space for passenger car is included and available next to the house. In the room there is a double bed 140 cm wide as well as a sofa bed for two beds.

Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.
