Dog allowed by appointment. The apartment has been refurnished after the photos were taken.

Here you will find a large kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a cozy living room. The bedroom has a single bed of 90 cm, but it is possible to set up two guest beds of 80 cm in addition, so that it is possible for 3 people to stay here. The apartment has a great view of Stavanger and the city islands, and good public transport connections! There is a shop just around the corner. Pets are allowed! :) Welcome!

Close by is Breiavatnet, the train station and the bus terminal, and it is also a short walking distance to many restaurants, a rich cultural offer and hiking opportunities. In the backyard there is access to a shared patio. The airy living room is located in open solution to a practical kitchen, and in the living room there is also a foldable ladder up to loft/alcove of approx. 6 sqm.

A newly renovated basement (30m2) with a separate entrance. The bathroom is 10m2 and has a large shower with different settings. The living/sleeping area is roughly 20m2 with high ceilings, heated floor and a TV with chromecast. The "kitchen" area has a fridge, sink, cooking top (for one pot) and a microwave oven. Free parking outside the apartment. 15 minute walk from city centre of Stavanger. The basement is under our house, so some degree of noise should be expected during the daytime (kids).
