Private Studio Basement

A newly renovated basement (30m2) with a separate entrance. The bathroom is 10m2 and has a large shower with different settings. The living/sleeping area is roughly 20m2 with high ceilings, heated floor and a TV with chromecast. The "kitchen" area has a fridge, sink, cooking top (for one pot) and a microwave oven. Free parking outside the apartment. 15 minute walk from city centre of Stavanger. The basement is under our house, so some degree of noise should be expected during the daytime (kids).

Kun 25 minutter kjøretur til Stavanger og 8 minutter kjøretur til Preikestolen parkering. Til Jørpeland sentrum er det gåavstand. Leiligheten har et godt utstyrt kjøkken. Mange flotte turmuligheter i området. 3 km å gå langs sjøen til «Sverd i fjell», og ca 1 km til badstu på Sunde. Denne kan bestilles. God bussforbindelse til Stavanger sentrum. 5 min busstur til Madla amfi kjøpesenter, og 20 min til sentrum. Gratis parkering.
