The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Paddle quietly between water lilies, past the beaver lodge – or stay on the deck with a coffee cup, a friend, or a book in the morning sun. Here you will find peace, birdsong and plenty of room for the little pleasures. Poor coverage (thankfully) – but Wi-Fi is available in case of need. 20 min to shops, cafes and city life, and 45 min to the zoo in Kristiansand. Hønsehus Nedre Snartemo Farm

You will spend the night in the immediate vicinity of Snartemobekken which is a tributary of the river Lygna where the salmon play. Nedre Snartemo is an old farm with a barn that is under restoration. On the farm there are traces of settlement from the pre-Roman Iron Age and all the way to our time. The famous Snartemo sword was found just 200 meters away - in other words, you live in the middle of history. Flott utmark for å plukke vill sopp og bær på sensommer og høst. Mulighet for å fiske i fjorden hvor det er ørret, røye og abbor.

Welcome to a cozy apartment in Sørlandet!

Cozy apartment with private terrace and good view. The apartment has a spacious living room and a private bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, and if necessary we can arrange an extra bed. Washed and ironed bed linens and towels are included in the price. We expect common decency and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 11 pm. We live in the house on the 2nd floor.
