The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Parking spaces for 3 cars. Type 2 electric car charger. There are well-maintained marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a swimming beach. Great outfield for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord where there are trout, char and perch.

The other unit is also rented out, and guests in the other unit can be expected. If needed, the other part can also be rented, a total of 12 beds for the entire place. Boathouse by the lake

Cosy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is right on the waterfront, with access to a private jetty, kayaks and a garden with garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boat house is best suited for two people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

You will spend the night in the immediate vicinity of Snartemobekken which is a tributary of the river Lygna where the salmon play. Nedre Snartemo is an old farm with a barn that is under restoration. On the farm there are traces of settlement from the pre-Roman Iron Age and all the way to our time. The famous Snartemo sword was found just 200 meters away - in other words, you live in the middle of history. Taxi boat to Lyngør with others. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores, and free outdoor water park. 4 min to a convenience store.

Modern cabin with lake view and all amenities, on Vessøyneset, between Arendal (10 min) and Grimstad (10 min). Built in 2015, with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and large, open living room/kitchen solution. Spacious terrace and a short distance to Norway's finest beaches. Grimstad and Arendal offer southern idyll, cafes and cultural experiences. 3 parking spaces. Good bus connections to both Grimstad and Arendal. Kristiansand Zoo is only 35 minutes away by car.
