Our place has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double Kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 has three single beds. The bed in the loft is 120 cm wide. You will find a shower room with shower, washing machine, dryer and a sink. The toilet is in a separate room where you will also find a hand basin and the hot water heater for the cabin. The Sauna is in the main hallway just outside the shower room. The hallway leads down three steps to the dining/living room/kitchen with a doorway out to the terrace area. Outside you have a terrace overlooking the lake. You will also find the outside shower and several places around the cabin to sit depending on where the sun is and the time of day. The Jacuzzi is beside the parking places for the cabin facing towards the mountain views and the lake.

At this quiet accommodation you can enjoy views of the fjord from the living room, the terrace or from the outdoor wilderness bath. It's only 5 minutes down to the lake. Sauda is only 15 minutes away by car. Here you will find most things, including a swimming pool. Many opportunities for great mountain trips and other nature experiences throughout the year. Svandalen ski center is 15 minutes away by car. The cabin is rented to guests who have respect for the fact that they live in our private cabin and is NOT rented out for parties and private events.

The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a child's bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits, where you can enjoy the fantastic views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. Paddleboards and canoes are free.

Great hiking terrain, running trails, sandy beach, and play area just outside the house. Path through the forest behind the house leads you to the nearest sandy beach (Verkstedsvika) 2 min walk. Restaurant and pub are located at Strand hotel, 5 min walk

Here you live in a peaceful neighborhood in Søm. 12 min by car to the Zoo and 10 min to the city center. Access to electric car charger. Private outdoor area with hot tub. Kiwi, pharmacy and beach are within walking distance. Rain? No problem! 3 x Apple TV, PS5, PS4, beads, lots of toys and games solve it. Water spreader, small children's pool and trampoline ready for use on hot days. 4 bedrooms for 8 people. Possibility to set up 2 extra beds on 1 floor. All facilities to make the holiday a pleasure. 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, spread over two floors. Hot tub on the terrace, overlooking the view, and sauna. Complete kitchen and dining room with room for 11. Outside you are right out in great nature, with ski slopes or the world's most beautiful bike terrain. The cabin is centrally located at Løyningsknodden on Bortelid. High standard with sauna, hot tub and large south-facing terrace with good view. The cabin is spacious and has 10 beds in 4 bedrooms plus a TV room with a sofa bed. In addition, there is room on the loft for two/three on a flat bed. A well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. Private laundry room with dryer, washing machine and drying cabinet covers most needs. It is possible to charge an electric car on the property.
