Large house on 2 floors with a total of ￥ sqm with large outdoor area and lovely views. Want to rent to families only and the villa is perfect for two families. From the house to Kristiansand city centre, Aquarama, Dyreparken and Hamresanden it is about 25 minutes. The house is located at the top of Vennesla, 5min by car to the city center. The hiking trail "Mila" with fresh water swimming areas is 200m from the house. Basically there are 4 bedrooms, electric area on the ground floor and cozy TV lounge on the 2nd floor.

It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.
