Newly renovated guest house in about 50 sq.m, a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live calmly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door there is its own patio facing south. A car can be parked right outside the house. In the house there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is reached by a step ladder, there are two single beds (90cm x 2). Cribs are available for borrowing. The bike path takes you all the way to Ystad (about 7km to the center), there are bikes to borrow.

Quiet and convenient location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. Entrance level offers a living room, bathroom and kitchen. On the second floor there is a nice living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms. One with double bed, bunk bed and small balcony. The other with a double bed and sofa bed in connecting room. Ystad train station is 200 m away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.

The village is surrounded by beautiful nature and is a couple of minutes from Haväng and the beach. The house has three small bedrooms and a kitchen with 6-8 seats. Small living room. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, the third and smallest bedroom is furnished with a day bed/sofa bed. Small toilet with shower, Private patio.
