Welcome to our newly renovated apartment in the heart of Ystad's Sandskog. Do you want to stay centrally but still be a stone's throw from Ystad's amazing sandy beach? Then you've come to the right place. With us, you are close to swimming, shopping, historical buildings, nightlife and much more. In the apartment there is 1 large bedroom with crib, 1 small bedroom and a 160 bed mattress in the living room. The apartment is furnished with a large kitchen. In the bathroom there is a shower and a washer/dryer. Office space and storage are available.

Villa by the sea in Svarte

Enjoy the ocean view and fall asleep to the sound of waves rolling in. Live next door to the houses where the Wallander movies were filmed. Our fishing ground in Svarte has a plot that goes all the way down to the beach by the Baltic Sea. On the large wooden deck, you have access to a dining table for six people and under a rain-protected canopy roof, there is a small sofa. Visit Svarte beach and swim from the jetty or eat something good at the café. By train from Svarte, you can get to Ystad (4 min), Malmö (40 min) or Copenhagen (60 min)

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation with stunning panoramic sea views. Cozy cottage with lots of light and a spacious terrace. Two bedrooms with two beds in each and a crib for babies. Sofa bed in the living room. Open plan with well-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable armchairs where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent views. The terrace has both a dining area and a lounge sofa for socializing. On the large lawn there is a barbecue area with an outdoor kitchen. French balcony facing the sea from one of the bedrooms.

This cozy cottage is located on the first exit road into beautiful Sandskogen. Despite its central location, the cottage is nestled in a beautiful forest environment. Ystad's famous sandy beach is only about 400 meters away and the way there is a joy to walk via winding forest paths. It only takes you about 10 minutes to walk into Ystad city center, train station and harbor. Welcome to my paradise, Lisa's cottage close to both the city and the beach, walking distance to and get to experience all the cozy things Ystad has to offer.

The apartment is newly renovated and the interior is mostly new - except for some antique details. We have focused on Swedish and Danish design, where the centerpiece is the dreamlike beds. You will find a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, exclusive coffee machine, kettle and tableware for two people. The bathroom is new!

Stay in central Ystad with walking distance to restaurants, shopping and Ystad's beautiful beach. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with double bed, living room, kitchen, toilet and bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds and a bathroom. The courtyard is lush and a small part is secluded for residents in the owners' smaller apartment. Access is available to free garage parking for one car. Sheets and towels are not included. Final cleaning available for purchase for SEK 1000.
