We had a wonderful week in Gloria's house. Our four-legged friend also felt totally comfortable in nature. The house is small but nice and has everything you need. The property is a nice size and is perfect for eating outside, relaxing in the hot tub or just lying in the sun. The way to the house is a little challenging, but with a normal car and a little driving experience it can be mastered. Gloria was always available to us and gave us good excursion tips for the area in advance. Even with any inquiries, she always reacted very quickly and helped us. It's perfect for simply getting out and enjoying the nature and tranquility of Tuscany. We will be happy to come back!

Jacopo was a great host! Available and kind, he immediately worked to solve small problems encountered when we arrived, wifi did not work x the modem fault, a small pot was missing x heat the milk (ruined by previous guests) and the bedroom did not have the curtain x darken the light, the day after he had already resolved the wifi failure, bought a new pot and also a new moka and put the curtain in the room. The house is in a quiet location, of course I can hear the cars passing but the new windows perfectly isolate the rooms and you can sleep without problems, the outdoor veranda where you can eat is very nice, the garden is large and fenced, our dog really appreciated. The house is equipped with a/c although in reality it is always fresh. The only downside is the lack of a small microwave or air fryer, to be able to heat or cook fast dishes, but this certainly did not ruin our vacation, we naturally adapted with the fires.

We had a wonderful time at Vittoria‘s cottage and enjoyed our vacation a lot. The house with the garden + barbecue area and the pool are really great. Also the area around it is just so nice! The house is well equipped, although it could have been a little bit cleaner upon our arrival. Vittoria, Paola and Antonio were available the whole time and took great care of everything. Thank you again - we would definitely recommend this place!

The four of us with a dog were able to spend very nice days in this cozy house with the wonderful garden. Paolo and Lidia are very nice and accommodating hosts. We got a lot of good information about the garden and the surrounding area. Thanks again for that. There is a lot to discover in the area (beaches, lake, beautiful villages...). But we also spent very nice hours in the garden and at the pretty pool. Very relaxing!

The small house with simple furnishings is ideally placed facing the sea and overlooks an orchard where wild boars, wild boars, deer, goats and peacocks come to walk in the evening. Shaded terrace, extremely peaceful, facing the setting sun. Little cats also come to say hello, which doesn't spoil anything. Our holidays were wonderful in the most unspoilt part of the island of Elbe.

Giovanni was the most attentive host e.g., the food basket was an unexpected but welcome surprise on our first night arriving a bit late. It was also great to learn about the history of how Giovanni's family has been taking care of this isolated hamlet for generations. The complex and the individual buildings have been restored to their original glory and beyond considering some additional architectural creativity with the bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with every tool or piece of glassware or crockery you would find in a regular coutryside home. The location makes both the hills and the seashore pretty accessible. The solitary, winding road leading to it is worth the experience alone.

The cottage is lovely, well-equipped, everything in the photos. Comfortable beds. Clean. Great garden, beautiful birds sing, you can really relax, sun loungers, gazebo. Very quiet neighborhood. The only downside - bikes are not suitable for use… I would love to go back! Definitely worth recommending.

We spent a night in the guest house with two dogs and had a great time! Place located in the middle of the Tuscan countryside where peace and tranquility reign. We'll definitely be back to spend a few more days.

Fabio's house, a very kind host, we had a really pleasant and relaxing stay. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and equipped with everything you need and also much more: upon arrival Fabio made us find everything we needed for the first dinner and breakfast, in addition to the very welcome gift of two bottles of wine. Very nice to dine in the small garden. Beautiful and quiet countryside that surrounds the complex, a farm divided into several apartments. Sterpaia Park, with fabulous sea and beautiful pine forest, is also easily reached with the bikes provided by Fabio. Very positive review, absolutely recommended

Monica's house completely lived up to our expectations for a beach holiday in beautiful surroundings. The house is a short walk to a lovely beach and restaurants . And 20 min walk to a small grocery store. And the house itself is a gem. The photos completely live up to reality. Monica responds quickly and very accommodating. I would love to come again !

This house is wonderful and I really recommend for people who want to escape from the city noise and other people. It is quite and clean, well equipped, far from neighbors and surrounded by only nature. We spent there marvelous week. Thank you

Check-in and check-out were great. We were welcomed with cake and prosecco. The house is enough for 2 families. Everyone had their own room with their own bathroom. The pool is perfect for families with young children. Host has always been friendly and available. The lady who lives on the property is very sweet and friendly. The house is very cool in the summer, you really don't need air conditioning. What I didn't like so much is that the house is at the top of the mountains and can only be reached by car. Through the mountains you also have longer car trips.

A very unusual stay, the tent has everything you need and is tastefully furnished and in harmony with nature without sacrificing comfort. Very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast and it is a good idea to share the table with other guests. The online check-in process is a little long, but you are notified. For those who are accustomed to falling asleep to the noise of the city or in silence, they must consider the singing of the crickets and the noises of the countryside and the wind that moves the canvas

We enjoyed our 6 nights at Stefania’s house. The house is centrally located and it’s equipped with everything you need. The house is clean and Stefania is very welcoming. Highly recommended

Sabrina has made a little paradise here! The cottage is very tastefully and lovingly decorated and there is everything you need. The complex in and of itself is wonderfully embedded in the landscape with a typical flora and fauna as well as a wonderful view! The infinity pool with its soft water is unique! Sabrina is a very gracious host - always available - with good tips for the region - but not intrusive at all! We enjoyed the time very much and will be back!
