A few steps away from the fine sandy beaches of Juan les pins towards the end of Avenue de l'Esterel, our 2 bdr apt of 53 m2 has a sunny terrace of 6m². There are two bedrooms with 140cm beds, one of which has a space for remote working if necessary. The living room is also equipped with a sofa and a dining table for 5 people and an open kitchen. Spacious shower room and toilet as well as a laundry area. Completely renovated and decorated in july 2023. Cosy atmosphere, ideal for a family of 5.
