Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

Located on the top floor without an elevator, the apartment has a very nice view of the rooftops and the church steeple on the Old Town. it only takes 5 minutes to go to the beach Although in the heart of picturesque and vibrant Vieux Nice, the apartment located on a lively street Other things to note The apartment is on the 5th and top floor and the last part of the stairs is a little narrow. Be careful the stairs can be scary, but the apartment deserves a little effort

The building was built on the hill of the castle, so you will be 1 minute away from the old nice and its magnificent daily market. Flat with lift for 4 people including 2 bedrooms, one of which opens onto this beautiful terrace overlooking the Nice skyline with its designer lounge and fully equipped kitchen.
