Centrally located in the beautiful and vibrant Place Massena, this charming apartment (5th floor with lift) with A/C is a real treat for those wanting proximity to the main attractions. This beautiful and spacious apartment has great views of Place Massena from the balconies. The bedroom has a double bed and 2 wardrobes. The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, blender, oven, a 4-plate electric hob, a real Italian cafetière and an American coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower, a sink unit and a bidet. Earplugs, toothpaste and hairdryer are available. There is a separate WC. The big living room includes a squared table for 4 people, a TV, radio and a sofa bed for 2 people. Please note that a door links the bedroom to the living room where two additional people can sleep.
