Bungalow with veranda and summer kitchen, very private. Private parking with electric gate. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. A 15-minute drive from Nice Airport and the beaches. Swimming pool with bar ,toilet,shower and small summer shop. (All on private land.) I only accept adults. No children. Owner on site And I'm waiting for you to give you the keys and the beep. The Cannes Film Festival is just 10 minutes away from the dwelling . The air conditioning isn't working anymore.

A quiet cabin in the hinterland of Nice

Charming trapper-style cabin in the middle of the trees, in a cool and quiet location between my house and a caravan on the GR 51. You can do your old-fashioned toilet with toilet and water jar or you have behind the cabin a cold outdoor shower with water reserve. There's no kitchen in the cabin. Breakfast can be delivered in a basket to the front of your cabin 6€/pers and evening basket 15€ per person or tables d 'hôtes 24€ by reservation payment only in cash.

The villa is located between Monaco (6km) and Nice on the famous hiking trail Frédéric Nietzsche, perched above the sea, just below the restaurant "La chêvre d'or" of Eze Village. Because the villa is in the middle of a natural park, you have to walk 10 minutes downhill to get there (or 20 minutes to go up) but the scenery is so striking that you will do it with pleasure. we will provide you a card for free private parking at village

If the chalet is fully booked on your desired dates, you will also find the 'Chalet des Loups'. Nestled by the river, this chalet sleeps up to 4 people, providing a peaceful and enchanting setting for a refreshing and relaxing experience. In addition, as an option, there is a private spa in a cave 50 metres from the chalet, open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm: €130 for 2 people for 1.5 hours' access.
