Apartment holiday rentals in Tuscan Archipelago

There were two of us at Laura's place and we were very satisfied. From the balcony in the kitchen we could see the sea and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is perfect as a base for a holiday in Elba, as the harbor for the ferries and the old town with its many restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. I can recommend Laura's place with a clear conscience.

The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell'Elba were impressive. The private parking is very safe. The place is recommended. Thanks, Jane, for the hospitality.

Very well maintained house, you can see that it has recently been renovated in every detail. Large spaces and also well furnished. The house is in a quiet area and close to everything you need. We had a very good time, Sabrina was always present for every minimum request, even in her advice on what to do and where to eat. Very fast check-in and check-out, no problem. I can only recommend!

Modern, comfortable and equipped accommodation, there is also beach equipment, great for 2/3 people, for medium-long stays, the only problem could be that you do not have a space to lay out your clothes. Anyway, highly recommended, Francesco superhost.

Very nice place and location; well located near Capoliveri, walking distance, perfect for couples or adults, a little less for children due to hilly roads to reach the town. Very panoramic and romantic view, special tips (not usual tourisms) from Paola to discover the island. The house is nice, nice furniture and well equipped. It‘s good value for money. It‘s recommended.

A small dream apartment, simple but clean and tidy. There is everything you need, especially a balcony on the marina where you can get lost... small beach in front of the house and directly on the long harbor near shops and restaurants. The owners have provided us with all the useful information for the stay including tips on what to do and where to eat...everything is perfect! Definitely an experience to do again! the apartment is located above in the bay of Nisportino - in a good 5 minutes you are on the water. It's very quiet there and the very spacious terrace is absolutely not visible from the outside. The amenities are really good and even dish soap and sponge were provided. We felt very comfortable and were warmly welcomed by Marzia and Umberto.

The apartment was very large and cozy. Nothing was missing, better than my home! Super equipped kitchen, basic necessities present and even more. We also found some welcome gifts that we really appreciated! Gianluca is very nice and helpful. This is my first time booking through Airbnb and I can say I was very satisfied! We also had our dog (7 month old Labrador) with us for the first time and there were no problems. Very available on this side too. I'll definitely go back to Gina's place if I go back to the area. Marianna is a very nice and attentive host. We had trouble finding the apartment when we arrived and she was immediately available and picked us up in Capoliveri. The apartment is very quiet with great views and it is only a few minutes walk to the nearest beach. However, the apartment is a row end house (which we were not aware of when booking), which means that other guests also use the garden and you have no privacy in the outdoor seating area. However, we definitely had a great holiday week.

Ours was the first time on the island of Elba... the location of the house is strategic, you can get around on foot and by bike (which are made available to guests), but located in a quiet area. Very kind and helpful ...in short, a beautiful vacation. We'll definitely be back.

Stefano's apartment is exactly as described, extremely clean and tidy, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and in a great location to reach the nearby Santo Stefano port on foot or to take hiking trails. Stefano is very punctual, precise and kind. Great stay

First of all, I would like to emphasize the availability and courtesy of the people who welcomed us. The farm is quite close to places of interest and at the same time well isolated because it is above a hill... ideal! The property is spacious and well organized in two blocks and this ensures calm and privacy. The apartment is very nice, rustic and cozy.

Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

The apartment matched the description we had read in the listing, but the photos did not fully represent the beauty of the place. The view is fantastic and has a beautiful sunset every night and a beautiful moon every night. The house has everything you need for a vacation, the only downside is not having the washing machine for exclusive use but in the end we were able to wash everything as needed. Isolina has a precious treasure in her hands that you feel you have to preserve as if it were your own, even if for a few days. It was a refreshing vacation for us.

We had a wonderful vacation and I highly recommend this place. To really enjoy it, you should arrive by car, as it is surrounded by nature and somewhat remote. However, this is a great advantage, because the surrounding landscape is beautiful and invites you to explore and enjoy. It offers a great contrast to the days when nearby towns and tourist attractions are visited.

Superb apartment overlooking a very nice terrace, shaded and protected from the street (sea side!). The bedroom is very spacious and all tastefully decorated. Hot tub is a plus! A short walk to two excellent fish restaurants by the water…
