Relaxing calm environment, with the spirit of art & history, and ideally situated near the great cultural Tuscan centers and the sea. La Capanna is one of 3 individual and lovely Tuscan country houses, fully equipped with kitchen, 2 bed/living rooms, bath room and panoramic terrace.

Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.

Open space surrounded by nature

Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. We have a Vodafone adsl line with download 33 and upload 1.4. Smart TV and air conditioning are also available starting this spring

Belforti Tower

Torre dei Belforti is the perfect place for people who love beauty, nature and art. Sleeping at the Tower is like traveling trough the time, between knights and princesses. The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. We are Emilia and Luca, we live here and our mission is to give the best to our guests, to fully enjoy this marvelous place.

Podere Bagnoli – Violette

Every detail, from colors to materials, is inspired by the beauty of violets. The living room, with kitchenette and sofa bed, is perfect for relaxing and reading a good book, while the bedroom, tastefully furnished, guarantees a restful rest. The outdoor space, furnished with a table and chairs, is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. Imagine yourself sipping a cup of tea while admiring the garden, surrounded by the scent of violets.

Peaceful modern eco house in the Tuscan hills

A thoughtfully designed low impact house in a rural setting, away from the crowds between Florence and Siena. This is an annex building on a family run olive farm surrounded by unspoilt Tuscan countryside. Plenty of shaded outdoor space, barbecue, stunning views, fantastic sunsets and big night skies. We are an official agriturismo, there are two other independent apartments on the olive farm that share the pool and private parking.

The pomegranate, Podere il Giglio

Podere il Giglio is a small farmhouse surrounded by 3 hectares of olive trees, it enjoys a lovely view . At guests' disposal there is an indipendent house 'il melograno', that can accommodate 4 people: living room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 bedrooms. Outdoor and a private gazebo. In the Podere there is a 5mt x 10 mt pool.

Its unique location offers a wonderful view of the sea and the country, ensuring a pleasant tranquility, away from the heat and noise of the country.
