Farmstay holiday rentals in Tuscan Archipelago

Robert and Madalena were great, friendly and polite hosts. We lacked nothing and we were more than satisfied with the days on Elba. We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast on the terrace overlooking Capoliveri and the green countryside. There are plenty of swimming opportunities in the vicinity. It was a really, really nice stay. We would like to thank the host family once again. We will definitely be back!!!

Giulio was the most amazing host. We had a few trouble (unrelated), Giulio went well out of his way to help us and make our experience very special. I would honestly recommend everyone to stay here as you will not be disappointed. The apartments space is absolutely stunning, lots of greenery, very peaceful and not to mention, his charming cat. It will really up your experience and make you feel like you are seeing the real Italy. 10/10 would love to return some day.

Wonderful stay at an authentic Tuscan farmhouse! We found exactly what we were looking for: a classic old farmhouse that perfectly reflects the atmosphere of Tuscany. The spacious garden and peaceful surroundings allowed us to fully relax and unwind. The rooms are beautifully decorated with great attention to detail – perfect for winding down after a long day. The rooms are a bit noisy, but it wasn't a major issue for us. Communication with David was excellent and straightforward. Hopefully, this won't be our last stay here!

It is a beautiful house on a hill overlooking Tuscany and the sea. You feel as if you are alone in Tuscany because you have no direct neighbours. You have to drive on gravel roads to the house, but that did not bother us and it is worth it. Paola was a great host and always easy to reach. It was also a great stay for our two dogs.

In Tanya's Airbnb, we immediately felt at home. The accommodation is simply perfect for anyone who, like us, is on holiday with their dog. The tranquility of country life just a few meters from the beach and the sea – a true paradise for us. Since it is an agriturismo, we particularly appreciated the opportunity to buy fresh eggs and vegetables. A straight A with an asterisk – we'll definitely be back

Lucia's accommodation is a dream for all who seek peace in the midst of nature. You are surrounded by the forest, a magnificent starry sky and countless fireflies (at least in early June we were lucky). You can hear a stream rushing and countless birds chirping, now and then a wild boar grunts in the distance and various cats keep popping by. The accommodation is very tastefully decorated and Lucia is incredibly warm. The journey is much less dramatic than it seems at first glance. Absolutely recommended!

Elba is a beautiful authentic Italian island where you will find everything that makes Italy so attractive. The location and the apartment were wonderful; spacious, fresh, beautiful view over the sea, in nature. The host/hostess are very nice, sweet and helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday and would like to come back!

Our stay in Julia's house was nothing short of fantastic! Julia was a very hospitable and helpful host. Both in the communication before we arrived and during our stay. The house is fantastically beautiful, and from the terrace we had the most beautiful view of Tuscany's beautiful landscape. Here was the most beautiful life of cicadas, croaking frogs and beautiful fireflies. The house is very charming. 2 beautiful bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a completely unique bed. So good that we must acquire one like it at home. The kitchen was really well equipped and had everything we needed. Julia was so sweet to lend me a blender while we were there. 1000 thanks Julia for helping to make our holiday so successful and lovely. We would be delighted to return again

Very nice new apartment in beautiful countryside Everything very clean and well maintained Right outside the door is a new clean pool We spent 5 wonderful days there! Small suggestion for improvement: a few more shaded spots by the pool would be great

A peaceful oasis run by two incredible sisters. You will be hosted wonderfully, you will share beautiful moments with the owners around local products. We absolutely loved our stay here! Chicca was so friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. The gorgeous pets (two dogs and a cat) were a special bonus! I highly recommend this Airbnb 😊

We spent a great five nights here. The garden is beautiful, full of olive trees and rosemary, as well as several fruit trees. The outdoor kitchen functions well and fully equipped with crockery, pans, cutlery etc. The flat itself is fairly small but fine for a couple. Two beaches are walkable from the property, Zucchale and Barabarca. We didn't bring a car but it would have been easier to visit other parts of the island if we had, as the bus service isn't the best. Overall we had a lovely stay in Elba and would recommend to friends - grazie!

We had a great time at Alberto’s place. It was serene, peaceful and just what we needed for our long weekend getaway with our toddler and dog. The place was easy to find on the map and Alberto was very accommodating, responding ever so quickly. We would have stayed longer as we found it so peaceful in the nature and with the big garden, it was perfect for our dog and toddler to play and roam. Would highly recommend this place!

What a beautiful 'house'! We arrived a little later, but Emma was already waiting for us. The house is part of several houses on the estate, but very private and you will not be bothered by the neighbors. Beautiful swimming pool, beautiful garden, beautiful surroundings. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, outside there is now also a nice pergola to sit under. Delicious beds, nice pillows. Screens for all windows! Even a washing machine in the house. We stayed here with my parents who are 80+ years old. Car is really necessary - we were happy with our 4WD. Fantastic food in the various restaurants in the area. If I may give 1 small note, a light on the garden path to the house would have been nice... and an extra tea towel/dishcloth would have been nice too... Thanks for the stay, we had a fantastic time here!

I really enjoyed it there. The garden is huge! Several restaurants can be reached on foot!

We have just returned from our holiday in Italy and would like to say a few kind words about our wonderful host Pietro. Pietro is a very friendly and warm person – thanks to him, we never felt like strangers. He gave us a lot of helpful information, even before we had to ask. We were delighted with the products from his garden and took fresh fruit and vegetables as well as olive oil from his own cultivation with us when we left. As soon as you enter the accommodation, you will be greeted by the beautiful olive trees in the courtyard – simply fantastic! We very much hope that we will see each other again one day. We stayed ar Romina's and Riccardo with a couple of friends. We enjoyed our lovely apartment and beautiful peaceful property surrounded by olive trees and herbs. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful, especially since airline lost one of our friends' luggage. Romina helped us communicate with DHL and went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered. Riccardo gladly explained the kind of plants they were growing and harvesting for essential oils. We enjoyed the company of Luna the cat who came visit but was politely staying outside. Wildlife is abundant and nature unspoiled - truly a magical place! The area is quite remote so it may not be convenient to everyone. The closest little town is Casole d'Elsa where you can find 2-3 restaurants and a pharmacy, larger supermarkets are within 20min drive. It's a great starting point to visit Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra. The apartment is well equipped with small stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Highly recommend!

A very nicely located house, we were there with the children - a clear recommendation! In-house playground, play kitchen pool, no longer needs a child for a week. Particularly noteworthy is the place Montescudiao not far from the property. Italy at is! A small Italian idyll with butcher, bakery, coffee house, trafik and trattoria AND a very good upscale restaurant - Il Frantoio! Only there was no contact with the house owner as everything was handled professionally by a housekeeping company. But was not bad, we bought wine and olive oil from the surrounding farmers and enjoyed a nice time in Tuscany...

The fantastically beautiful Casa del Capitano has been renovated with great care and respect for the historic building, the environment and nature. The furnishings are luxurious (e.g. brick whirlpool made of natural stone) and really all conceivable amenities are available (e.g. ice cube machine). The view is incredible, 270 degrees of sea view is hard to comprehend. The hosts were always available, reliable, organized everything perfectly and accompanied us with advice and action (e.g. where to shop on Sundays after arrival by ferry) – from check-in to departure. The personal contact in particular was exceptionally warm and very likeable. There were many small, loving details such as fresh lemons from the garden as well as herbs and "Elba fragrance" (Aqua dell'Elba) in the house. And the most detailed compilation of information about the house and the surroundings that I have ever seen. You can feel that nothing has been spared here, so that the guests feel completely comfortable.

Lovely apartment located on the mountain top overlooking Porto Azzurro. Many lovely terraces and nooks to sit and lie on. Please follow the indicative drawing for directions as it is the only way up. And be ready on a narrow road with any oncoming. The only small thing, is that you have to dispose of your own 1 km away down town. But once it's learned, it goes too! Ernastine is very knowledgeable about Elba and is happy to give out of your knowledge. We had 7 amazing days on Elba with lots of experiences in both nature, beach and city.

Incredible property, incredible location, incredible host! If you get the chance to stay here we can't recommend it highly enough - the house, gardens and pool are extremely private, immaculate and sit nestled into a slight hillside looking out over the attached olive grove. You can literally sit with bread and oil from the grove while taking in the views, which are spectacular. Easy travel to Castiglione della Pescaia which is a wonderful little town with beaches, boutiques and bagnos. Ten minutes from Le Mortelle winery, who do a perfect lunch. To top it all off Rita the host is an absolute powerhouse who consistently went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Whether that was almost instantly replacing the BBQ Gas, giving local recommendations, organising high chairs and travel cots, or even finding me a masseur the level of attention to detail and commitment to our needs was amongst the best we've ever had, thank you Rita!
