Casa nel Bosco, 2 km from Seccheto (the last km is unpaved), 6 minutes by car, is located in an amphitheater 200 meters above sea level, in an oasis of peace and silence. In the large outdoor spaces, there is a hot tub made with granite stones from the area, hammocks, sunbeds and a path inside the property that winds through centuries-old holm oaks. Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. We have a Vodafone adsl line with download 33 and upload 1.4. Smart TV and air conditioning are also available starting this spring

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

Il Frantoio - Charming Loft in the old town

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated now in 2026. The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
