Holiday rentals with a sauna in Tuscan Archipelago

Frank and Noemi was super nice and took great care of us. Since we have small children, they changed the apartment to us, and upgraded us because it was more childproof. One evening, Noemi came with self-picked figs that she had prepared and offered. Very thoughtful! We are very happy with this home!

A wonderful place surrounded by nature. Daniela is very kind and attentive to the needs of guests, even in the smallest details; even a "small pantry" display case in the living room with various basic necessities and non-necessities, priced and ready for purchase, all on trust. Wafers and cookies in the kitchen and a selection of soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. Great experience. I'd love to go back.

We had a really good time at the Sant'Anna residence. Ideal and quiet location, a little outside the center of Portoferraio, but still a few minutes away by car. Near the residence there is a convenience store, a beach with a discount on the loungers for those staying here, a pharmacy and a supermarket. We also tried the restaurant inside the residence and you can eat very well, medium-high price but good quality products. Booking with Belvilla you have access to the pool included, we only left once but we liked it, large and comfortable, equipped with outdoor loungers and shower (serve the headset). For those who want there is also a bar near the restaurant. Also great covered and free parking on the premises. The room was not very large but equipped with everything you need, as well as the clothesline. The bathtub with the curtain was a little uncomfortable because there was always the risk of getting wet on the floor, nice the outdoor patio to eat out. Staying here was a great choice, I recommend it!

Fantastic!! Noémi gave us the friendliest welcome and was so generous throughout our stay! The pool and jacuzzi are great, with plenty of lounging space around to relax and read a book or have a drink. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well equipped! And the best part of all, the views are incredible. Couldn’t have asked for more! Would strongly recommend! The heart of the Tuscan countryside awaits!!

excellent location in a beautiful village. Very close to the restaurants and clubs of the village. excellent check-in experience and very, very comfortable house. Excellent in summer as the apartment has a pleasant temperature inside.

Lovely place for those looking for tranquility and rest surrounded by greenery of unspoiled nature. Anja is a really kind and courteous person always present but never intrusive, always available to give great suggestions on the spot. The first morning I found a fawn in the yard… wonderful!

Great for kids, relaxation, being in the middle of the nature, heated pool for kids, sauna, landscape and the list can continue

Alex and Anja’s place is a hidden gem in the Tuscany hills. The place, called Rocca Prataia, is really peaceful and beautiful. Anja and Alex are excellent hosts who are always available to help. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Rocca Prataia!

We stayed at the beautiful resort "Casa Conti di Sotto" and the experience was really beautiful. The beauty of the surrounding environment is simply enchanting. Our stay was very pleasant and the kids had so much fun in the pools and playgrounds. The staff was very kind and helpful. We'd book it again right away! We had some great days at this place. The cottage as well as the decor and garden look like the pictures. The property is not fully fenced. It is about 100 meters open to the adjacent neighboring property, which is also rented by Mauro. The highlight is of course the pool as well as your own sauna. The pool is a little separated from the house and is completely fenced except for a small passage. A real coffee maker is not provided, just the typical Italian espresso pots. Access to the property is quite narrow, but easily doable with our station wagon. Bigger vehicles could certainly get a problem. In everything, we enjoyed the time in Volterra and in Mauro's cottage and can only recommend it to anyone who wants some peace and relaxation off the beaten path.

We had an absolutely incredible stay Villa Gelsomina, the location is stunningly beautiful. The villa is charming, rustic but well equipped. Gelsomina is one half of a large villa. We were forunate that next door was not occupied in the week we stayed so it was very private. The villa is secluded in the woods and incredibly peaceful. Its approximately 5/10 minutes walk from the main resort area. The walk is through olive groves and mainly level, our two young kids managed it easily. The facilities in the main area were great, stunning large pool and much smaller kids pool (heated). To drive from Gelsomina to Gavarrano took approx. 5 mins. Gavarrano has bars, restaurants, a well stocked shop and a pizzeria. There was a great choice of beaches within 30 mins drive of the villa. Being a bit further out encouraged us to explore the options rather than going to the same one every day. The hosts on site were great, very helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble.
