Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Tuscan Archipelago

The location is very convenient, 5 minutes to the beach on foot, there is also a beach in 20 minutes, the accommodation itself is good, it was clean, top for your money. I would like to express my special gratitude for the warm welcome to Simonetta and her son Matteo. They helped to book restaurants, advised what attractions, when it's worth visiting, sent a guide 2 weeks before arrival, helped to buy discounted ferry tickets.

We spent 3 nights in Marina's apartment and had a very good time. The apartment is very welcoming and comfortable, well maintained, clean and equipped with every accessory (crockery, cleaning products, hairdryer...) for a relaxing break surrounded by the greenery of truly suggestive vineyards. There is also an outdoor space with table and chairs for outdoor living. We had the opportunity to chat with Marina and her daughter Giulia, they are very welcoming and helpful people for great tourist tips on the area, which made our stay even more special!

The accommodation is absolutely stylish, beautiful and furnished with many loving details. The terrace is awesome and is ideal for breakfast in the shade in the morning or a cozy evening meal. On particularly hot days, the air conditioning is very helpful. The kitchen is generously equipped and has everything you need. The tableware is beautiful and matches the colour of the apartment's decor perfectly. Unfortunately, the car has to be parked a little further away, so it is a bit of a drag with the luggage. For this, you live super centrally, so that everything can be reached on foot in about 2 minutes (shops, bars, many great restaurants) Unfortunately, the water is very mineral. However, a trick from the landlady helps: add a shot of vinegar to the dishwasher, then the rinsing process will work. Thank you for the wonderful week, we had a great time!

The apartment was perfect for our stay, we were 4 adults from the UK staying 4 nights. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and Janie is very welcoming. I stayed in the bedroom by the road and the bed was really comfy, we used the shutters and fan and slept so well during our stay. Location is great for exploring the area, 30 minutes to Castiglioni del Pescaia for a beach day, can recommend a lunch in Bagno Nettuno, in Massa itself there is a great selection of restaurants, coffee shops and bars, everything you need for a short break. I’d also recommend Moris Farms terrazza for a stop off for some delicious wine and sharing boards, the wild boar come out as it cools down and we were lucky to see a couple of babies. Can’t fault the apartment, we’d happily return again another time and recommend it.

Beautiful apartment located in a private complex that includes several private villas in addition to the residence. Great amenities: pools, bars, pizzeria, restaurant all in the private park and reserved only for guests of the complex. Crystal clear sea. Apartment complete with every comfort. We spent beautiful days by the sea. The apartment is very centrally located. Short distances to the sea as well as in the evening to the various restaurants. As a result, it is of course not completely quiet. This didn't bother us, but maybe as an indication. Communication with Andrea was great, it couldn't get better. The apartment is very nice, it is there everything you need. There is a small supermarket next door, which is very convenient and you get everything you need there. We highly recommend the apartment, just perfect for two.

We had a great stay at casa sophia. It is a great little home in the nature in Toscany. We loved that we had a kitchen with everything we needed, a living room and a garden all for ourselfs. The garden had enough privacy and we woke up every morning with birds singing and no other noices present. There is only one neighbour to the right and one neighbour to the left but very quiet otherwise, but still very close to a little village. We were there for two weeks at the end of april/beginning of May. It was still a little cold sometimes, but there was an electrical fireplace and enough blankets to keep us warm. In summertime i'm sure it keeps cool very well. Note that the swimming pool is not open yet in May. We really had everything we needed in this home. There were enough pots and pans, a dishwasher, a thing to keep flies out of the house, a washing machine and comfortable bed.

Ricardo and Romina are really good hosts. Their farm is lovely and we were received with a bottle of Tuscan wine. The farm is in the middle of nowhere next to a nature preserve but if you follow the instructions on how to get there it is pretty easy. The farm is a nature’s paradise! We stayed in two apartments, one has two bedrooms and the other one has one bedroom. Both with full kitchens and reliable WiFi. Several towns are within a short drive and we had the opportunity to visit Florence, Sienna, Casole D’Elsa and San Gimignano. If you are looking for a relaxing time in Tuscany, this is it!

House in the countryside, in a quiet area with beautiful views, surrounded by vineyards overlooking the Val d'Elsa and San Gimignano. Newly built house, spacious, equipped with all comforts, all extremely clean and functional. Gilberto and his family stood out for their hospitality, helpfulness and kindness. One of the best Airbnbs we stayed in with absolutely the best host we have ever met! Antonio was amazing. Before our arrival, he provided clear instructions and suggested to help for a smooth check in. He always made sure that we have what we need for a perfect stay, and even spoiled us with a few complementary wine and chocolate. Now, the place is amazing. From the balcony you get the best views in the region, surrounded by trees and immersed by the sound of birds around you. Truly pleasant, relaxing and restoring vacation. The house is fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need, very well maintained, and super clean. We didn't want to leave, and can't wait to get back again!

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.

We stayed at Italo's place for a week. The apartment had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, cozy rooms, beautiful garden, and a magnificent pool. Italo and Simona are very nice and gave us many tips for the area. Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home! The area is very quiet and the property is completely fenced, which makes it ideal for our dog. The house is perfectly equipped and very clean. We really enjoyed spending the evenings on the spacious terrace and in the lounge. The free charging station for our electric car was a really generous and practical extra. Francesco and your family were incredibly attentive and friendly. You immediately feel the warm atmosphere and your hospitality. I highly recommend your home and you as a Host. Tastefully furnished apartment for a family. Centrally located but quietly located in the middle of Seccheto - practically with private parking, washer & dryer. We were there twice.

Giuseppe and his wife were very kind and provided us with valuable information to make the most of our stay. The apartment is much nicer than we expected and we were able to enjoy the precious outdoor shower provided in the garden. We found kindness and hospitality from the whole family of Giuseppe, an experience that we would definitely like to repeat!! Thank you very much for the pleasant stay.

The place is one of the loveliest places that I’ve ever been to, Veronica is not only amazingly king and helpful , but also very responsive. She explained everything very clearly to us and gave a lot of wonderful tips💕 The place was spotless, neat and cozy, kitchen fully functional and equipped so you’ll be able to fix dinners for yourself, the whole area is huge, green and amazing, also for pet lovers and families with children! I will be back there for sure ❤️

Cinque stelle! Everything was just right for us in Maria's accommodation! The apartment is very nice, clean and well equipped (really every little detail was thought of!) and is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach. We especially appreciated Maria's warm hospitality. She was always available and gave us great tips. We really enjoyed our holidays in San Vincenzo!
