Close to shops, restaurants and to the bus to Trelleborg/Ystad. Open floor plan with well-equipped kitchen and living room. Bathroom with shower and toilet. You can choose to sleep on a comfortable sofa bed or in the loft. Private patio with access to barbecue. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Duvets and pillows are provided, sheets and towels are brought by the guests.

Sandstranden precis nedanför huset är lika attraktiv sommartid med badbrygga och strandbar, som vintertid för härliga promenader. Flera sittgrupper i olika etage. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, 6 km från Ystad. Mycket goda kommunikationer ca 150 meter från huset, tåg till Ystad och Simrishamn eller Malmö och Köpenhamn. Buss mellan Ystad och Trelleborg ca 100 meter bort. Cykelvägen Sydkustleden går längs denna väg.

Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
