Lovely apartment of 64 sqm. in larger house with its own entrance. Free parking at the house. Lovely large conservatory belonging to the apartment, small kitchen en-suite bathroom and en-suite bedroom. Brand new luxury bed from auping 160 cm wide. The apartment is located close to the harbour, 700 m from the station and with the folk park in the backyard. lovely garden that you are welcome to use. There is underfloor heating in the conservatory in addition to the cinema fireplace so the whole apartment is warm and warm in winter. Good discount for long-term stays.

The epitome of HYGGE! Luxurious laid back scandi vibes in the heart of the city. A stones throw from Tivoli & City Hall. Charming older 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Roskilde. Excellent location just across from Roskilde station and 2 minutes from the pedestrian street. Easy access to everything. Trains directly to the festival site, several departures per hour to Copenhagen and good bus connections to the many scenic areas around Roskilde. The apartment is suitable for 1 couple with 2 children, or for 4 people, 2 of whom sleep in double bed. As a starting point, rent out for a minimum of 2 nights.

There are 6 beds and 2 beedrooms. All new. Small kitchen where you can sit, lounge, tv with few channels. Free wifi. Small balcony where you get up to the apartment 3-4 seating. Bathroom with shower. Bright and quiet apartment near trains/center. Bedsheets is not included but can be rent for 120 dkr pr person. Cleaning is not included, but can be bought for 550 dkr (you do dish youself)

Artist atelier, 75 kvm apartment in Roskilde City

Stay in the atelier of the artist, Berit Sundberg. Lots of space (75 kvm) and lots of light – and colorful artwork for sale, on all the walls. Also a very nice balcony - perfect for drinks in the evening. You can use the entire apartment except for one room (that's where all my paint is). Shoppingcenter, supermarkets, McDonalds and busstop nearby.
